My mom and dad enjoy posing at Thanksgiving with the three fancy cakes Dohn made especially for the occasion. This Thanksgiving feast, unlike the dessert, was bittersweet, however, as it was to be my Dad's last. He was bravely dealing with liver and bone cancer. |

Ebony, Ebski,
BuhBuh. She would have happily come to any of these names, if she could only have heard them! She was a wonderful, lumpy, 13 year old Labrador whose love of life didn't fade a bit. Even though she creaked when she moved, and she was as deaf as a post, she was a pretty happy camper right to the end. We sadly had to say good-bye in 2000. |
